Opening all rooms. The first three rooms are free. The other rooms open with one purchase, "All rooms". To buy it, tap a room card with a lock in the menu, or the key icon in the menu corner, and answer the question for adults.
Restoring the purchase. On a new device or after reinstalling: open the key icon in the menu, answer the question for adults and tap "Restore purchases". Use the same Apple ID or Google account that made the purchase. With Family Sharing the purchase is also available to your family members.
Voice language. English, Spanish or Russian: switch it in the menu, behind the question for adults.
Refunds. Payments go through the App Store or Google Play, so refunds are handled by them: reportaproblem.apple.com (Apple) or Google Play refunds.
